Introducing Taylor Nicole
Taylor Nicole was born on November 24th at 8:35pm. She weighed 2 lbs 14 oz. and 15 1/2 inches long. She was rushed to NICU where she will stay for the next two months or so. She came at 29 weeks and 5 days gestation so she was not ready to come out. We are grateful to the doctors and nurses that are able to keep her alive and well. We love you Taylor! Grow, grow, grow so that you can come home quickly.
While on bedrest I started cramping. The doctor was called. We waited for Chris to arrive and then I was taken to the OR. This is the delivery via C-Section. Taylor was breach so there was no other choice. When she came out there was no amniotic fluid at all. She was literally folded in half. She had bruises all over her from being so tight in my uterus. My placenta came out in shreds. The Neonatologist said that it was really good that she came out when she did.
