Stewart Falls

I think EVERYONE in Utah had the same idea, "Let's go hike Stewart Falls on Labor Day". Crowded- but beautiful! I love the mountains.

KATELYN'S 4th B-DAY

Katelyn just wanted a Pinata for her B-Day!! I guess lots of candy is all that matters to a 4 year old.

First Day of School

I LOVE this time of year... first day of school. My kids were so excited to start school. Katelyn thinks preschool should be everyday. McKenzie, in Kindergarten, rode the bus the first day of school without hesitations. She counted down the days until Kindergarten testing days were over. Aubrielle is elated that she has her cousin Spencer in her 2nd grade class. Braden is loving his 4th grade teacher that has "journeys" (field trips) every Wednesday. Mom is enjoying a little time to "breathe".

JULY 4TH

Adam's Canyon

This hike is 10 minutes away from our home in Kaysville! It is beautiful. For my birthday, my whole family hiked 3.5 miles round trip to this waterfall. My kids all came away with scratches BUT they made it. TOUGH FAMILY!!

Domincan Republic

For our 1oth Anniversary, we went back to Chris' mission. We had an AMAZING time! We visited with one family that he baptized, drove through the whole country to see his mission areas, and stayed at an All-Inclusive Resort (that was beautiful). Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, kayaking in the ocean, riding a "motorconcho", playing horseshoes, trying to windsurf, running through the city, swimming, eating fabulous food, watching programs at night, relaxing while drinking smoothies and shopping kept us busy. We owe many thanks to all our family who were willing to watch our 5 kids so we could go.
