St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day is a BIG DEAL at our house. Each of the kids made a trap to catch a leprechaun. The girls spent an hour getting ready for the big event- the right PJ's, the right trap, the right outfit for school, etc.
There were no leprechauns in their traps the next morning- only a beanie baby. However, the leprechauns did write letters to everyone, made a mess of the house, left green candy and green gum and St. Patrick's Day cookies. Even their dad joined in in the fun- Chris made the greenest (lose your appetite) pancakes I have ever seen.

Now, Braden is also ready for leprechauns! He has planned his trap for the last TWO Sundays. St. Patrick's Day is his second favorite holiday. Unfortunately, the leprechauns got one of Braden's shoes and was able to let the trapped Chief Leprechaun out. Better luck next year Braden.

Paige's 2nd Birthday

Happy Birthday Paige! We love our cute family who is always willing to celebrate our kid's birthdays.

Gratefully, Paige has made it to two. She has broken her leg, had stitches above her eye (as shown is these pictures), staples in the back of her head, spices burning her eyes, and poison control called (drank a half bottle of Ibuprofen). But, we love her anyways. She gives the BEST hugs and kisses a two year old could give. We love our Paige.

Paige's Presents

Paige loves the tricycle Dad and Mom gave her. The clothes and toys that her family gave her. But nothing is as great as make-up and candy- Paige's life revolves around them. In the video, you will see Katelyn and Aubrielle taking care of all of Paige's presents! They were glad Paige had a birthday.

Field Trip to the Grocery Store

For Katelyn's preschool, I took them to the local grocery store. It was a fun field trip. They got to visit the bakery, the loading docks and the refrigerators. They had a lot of fun.

Shop till you Drop

Paige-a great shopper at two. I am so proud.

Sorry Garrett!

This is Paige playing basketball with her cousin Garrett. It reminds me of America's Funniest Home Videos. Goes to show you that anything can happen when you are two. Sorry Garrett!

Chris' Happy Birthday

Happy 33rd Birthday Chris! The big day started off by going to our favorite breakfast restaurant- Granny Annie's. Love those scones.
Then we went to the movie, "Planet 51" that afternoon. By dinner, everyone was exhausted and tired of playing so we went home to eat corn dogs from the freezer.
The next day we had Chris' family over for dinner and cake and ice cream. Chris was really spoiled because he even got to celebrate his birthday at my parent's home a few weekends later.
